Barton Court Academy Trust is committed to all students learning in an enjoyable and safe environment. We have strong Behaviour Policies in place with a zero tolerance to bullying. The Behaviour Policy in each school does not stand alone but is to be used in conjunction with other school policies including Rewards, Special Educational Needs, Attendance, Anti-bullying, Equality and Pastoral Care. The policies do acknowledges the school’s legal duties under the equality Act 2010, in respect of safeguarding and in respect to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
